How to Install a Hand Sanitizer Dispenser?

Hand sanitizer dispenser installation is easy. You simply need to remove the paper backing from the foam tape pads on the back of the hand sanitizer dispenser and carefully position it in the desired location. Then, apply pressure evenly over the taped areas to ensure full contact with the surface.

Installing Drip Trays

The best way to prevent excess sanitizer from dripping is to use a drip tray attached directly below the hand sanitizer dispenser. These trays catch excess sanitizer that drips when a user removes their hands too quickly.

Soap Reservoir Leakage

If you have a dispenser that has a soap reservoir above the pump, it could be leaking due to poor installation or soap residue buildup. Replace the cartridge and refill if necessary to correct this issue.

Too Little Soap Dispensing

If your dispenser is not dispenseing enough soap or hand sanitizer, it's likely because the refill is empty or loaded incorrectly. The most common reason this occurs is that the refill is faulty and needs to be replaced.

Not Working

If the sensor is not sensing that there is a hand in front of it, it won't automatically release soap or sanitizer. This can happen if the sensor is obstructed by soap or sanitizer residue, if there's been a change in lighting in the area where it's placed, or if the batteries are low and need to be changed.

If your dispenser is not working, it's time to check the sensors and pumps. Some automated hand sanitizer dispensers also have visual battery level displays or alerts that let staff know when it's time to replace the batteries.
